Alicia Grant is a native of Walterboro, South Carolina. One of her favorite Bible
scriptures is Matthew 5 V 16. Alicia believes in living a life that will glorify God.
She not only speaks about pouring into the community but she displays this
through her actions. She has done so by planning, organizing, and promoting a
Bible trivia challenge for children in the Durham, North Carolina community,
raising and donating funds to the Boys and Girls Club and other local
organizations, orchestrating a back to school backpack drive and other
countless acts of community service. Alicia believes action speaks louder. She
enjoys using her talents and skills especially in coordinating events that brings
people together for the betterment of the community.
Alicia is excited as she and members of her nonprofit organization, “Joyful
Connections Corporation Inc.,” implement effective ways to benefit the
community and surrounding areas.
Alicia Grant resides in Durham, NC, with her family.
